Free Tier
- Monthly Limit: Sync up to 30 transactions with QuickBooks Online.
- Included Transactions: Sales receipts, refund receipts, and payouts.
- Features:
- Real-time sync
- Email support within 48 hours (Monday-Friday)
- Option to purchase historical data
- Import customer information
- Manage unlimited Stripe accounts.
Starter Tier - $11.99/month
- Monthly Limit: Sync up to 100 transactions with QuickBooks Online.
- Included Transactions: All from Free Tier, plus invoices and payment receipts.
- Features:
- Real-time sync or daily summary
- Email and Zoom support within 24 hours (Monday-Friday)
- One extra authorized user
- Option to purchase historical data
- Additional: Advanced sync options like multiple products, sales tax, classes, Stripe Capital, Stripe Climate, Stripe Connect, and more.
Scale Tier - Starting at $17.99/month
- Monthly Limit: Unlimited transactions.
- Usage-Based Pricing: Begins at $17.99 for up to 250 transactions, and increases with volume.
- Features:
- Real-time sync or daily summary
- Email and Zoom support with top priority (Monday-Friday)
- Unlimited authorized users
- Option to purchase historical data
- Additional: Same advanced sync options as Starter Tier.
Scale Tier Volume Pricing
- 251-500 transactions: $0.04 each
- 501-1,000 transactions: $0.03 each
- 1,001-2,500 transactions: $0.02 each
- 2,501-5,000 transactions: $0.01 each
- 5,001-10,000 transactions: $0.005 each
- Over 10,000 transactions: $0.0025 each
Historical Data Pricing
Historical Data is processed based on unsynced transactions in a month based on that month's volume. To estimate your volume cost, determine your volume in Stripe for a historic month and see below.
- Tier-Based Costs:
- 0-30 transactions: $0.40 each
- 31-100 transactions: $12 per historic month
- 101-250 transactions: $18 per historic month
- For Over 250 Transactions:
- Base fee: $18 plus additional volume fees:
- 251-500 transactions: $0.045 each
- 501-1,000 transactions: $0.035 each
- 1,001-2,500 transactions: $0.025 each
- 2,501-5,000 transactions: $0.015 each
- 5,001-10,000 transactions: $0.0055 each
- Over 10,000 transactions: $0.00255 each
- Base fee: $18 plus additional volume fees:
Account Upgrades
Should you surpass the transaction limit of your current plan—30 transactions for the Free tier or 100 transactions for the Starter tier—an email notification will be sent to you promptly, prompting an upgrade to resume data synchronization.
Here’s what happens next:
- Immediate Upgrade: If you upgrade within three days of reaching your limit, we'll automatically sync all pending data for you.
- No Upgrade: If you don't upgrade within this three-day grace period, your account will default to the Free tier, and syncing will be temporarily halted.
- To Sync Missed Data: You must initiate a historical data pull to sync any data missed during the pause.
- New Month Reset: With the arrival of a new month, data syncing will recommence under the transaction limits of your subscribed tier.
