Deleting Data
You can easily delete any data we have imported into your QuickBooks account. Go to your data feed, and select the transaction(s) you want to be deleted (click on the gray box on the right side of the transaction). Then go to the drop-down menu and select "Delete in QuickBooks."
If you want data deleted and you are canceling your subscription, be sure to delete the data (or email us to do it for you) before you disconnect from the app. Once you're disconnected, we can't delete the data any longer.
If you get a "Failed to Delete" as the status for the transaction, you'll need to unmatch the deposit from the payout on your banking feed in QuickBooks and then delete the data again.
