Duplicate data

While uncommon, the QuickBooks API periodically creates duplicates of sales receipts or other documents. Although we have addressed the issue as comprehensively as possible within our code, the possibility of duplicates still remains. With this in mind, we have developed two tools that you can use to manage potential duplicates.

1) On the data feed page, you can run a duplicate check anytime using the button in the top right of the page. This will automatically search for duplicates and delete them if found. This search runs in the background and doesn't require any additional action.

2) On the account mapping page, you can enable "Advanced Duplicate Protection". This feature inputs a unique identifier on each sales receipt that prevents duplication. Before you
