Create an Undeposited Funds account

For our app to work correctly, you need to have an Undeposited Funds account in QuickBooks. While new QuickBooks accounts come with Undeposited Funds accounts, sometimes they may have been deleted or made inactive.

To create an Undeposited Funds account, go to your Chart of Accounts in QuickBooks. Click "New". Create the new account with the Account Type as "Other Current Assets" and the Detail Type as "Undeposited Funds" as shown below. After that, save the account. If you need this account for your account mapping, use the small refresh button next to the dropdown.
