Payouts Not Syncing - Mismatch

When we create a bank deposit based on a payout, the bank deposit has to contain all of the transactions in the payout for it to be successful. For example, imagine that you have a transaction on January 1st, then join our app January 2nd, and a payout occurs January 3rd. If the January 1st transaction is not captured by our app, then it would cause an error in the payout. For accounts running lots of transactions, this becomes an issue.

The simplest / self-service way to solve for this problem is to run a historical pull for the month with the missing data. However, it is likely that the first payout on your data feed will always have this issue unless you are a small company. If you’d like us to take a closer look, email us at support@acodei.com.
